All enquiries should be directed to

I make the effort to keep on top of my emails, but as I’m sure you can imagine, life sometimes gets in the way! Please be patient: I will get back to you as quickly as I possibly can.

If you email me multiple times within the space of a fortnight, that’s going to make me far less likely to respond to you – appreciate the fact that I am just one human. In return, my email will never be automated. I want to be able to be able to give individual, personal and well-considered responses.

Book review policy:

At the moment, I’m swamped with backlist books for review. This means that currently book review requests are closed. I will edit this page as and when that changes, and will be considering any review requests sent before today (02/01/2018).

When my requests reopen, I will consider review requests for young adult, middle grade and children’s fiction, as well as titles from the dystopian, contemporary, crime, fantasy and science-fiction genres. I prefer to review books sent in the .mobi format, but can work with .pdf if necessary. Physical copies will also be considered.

Music review policy:

If you would like me to feature your band – or a band you represent – don’t hesitate to reach out. Requests will be considered on an individual basis, but my preferred genres are rock, pop-punk, metal and indie. I’m happy to review albums or EPs, and am currently contributing album reviews to afterLIVE on a weekly basis. I am also interested in writing spotlight posts or interviewing bands: whatever you need, email me and we can discuss what would work best for the both of us.

Thank you for reading my policies, and I look forward to working with you in the future,
